All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from date of purchase. All orders will be given a tracking number. Once the order has been received by the shipping provider, we are no longer responsible for the order. Issues with package location or delivery delays must be taken up with the shipping provider directly. Customers are responsible for paying additional shipping if they provide an incorrect shipping address and their order is returned or undeliverable.
Exchanges/Returns are valid for “STORE CREDIT ONLY”. Refunds will not be issued. Once you are issued your store credit, it will expire in “EXACTLY 45 DAYS FROM THE DATE IT WAS ISSUED”.
Returns must be made within 3 business days of you receiving your order. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping fees for any returned items.
We do not offer exchanges, because we cannot guarantee your size will be in stock by the time you return it to us.
If you believe you have received a damaged item, you have 3 days (including weekends) to contact us about the damage. Email email@example.com with pictures and a description of the damage and be sure to include a picture of your invoice as well.
All accessories, personal items, and any styles marked “FINAL SALE” cannot be returned or exchanged.
